No, LVLUP is not simply a shorthand for "Level Up." The term "LVLUP" was deliberately created in 2019 as a unique concept that goes beyond the traditional notion of leveling up in games. It represents a holistic approach to bridging the gap between gaming and life, emphasizing personal growth, strategy, and resilience in all aspects of life, not just within a gaming context.

Simply put, I created the term "LVLUP" with a unique meaning that is intentionally reflected in my logos in two distinct ways. Let me break this down in plain English.

In 2019, the definition of "Level Up" was strictly a noun, and this is indeed a fact. The noun primarily referred to increasing something to remove a disparity, a term commonly used in the construction industry.

Recognizing this limitation, I embarked on a mission to create a new definition, one that connects life to games.

The LVLUP and Elevate logos were intentionally paired together 

to represent this new vision. 

Given that "Level Up" was a noun in 2019, it wouldn't make sense to use it merely to signify "increasing something to remove a disparity." Instead, LVLUP and Elevate were purposefully coupled to bridge that gap and convey a deeper meaning.

I wanted to make it clear that my intention was to help you understand that in life, I want you to take it to that next LVL.

Our LVLUP logo was designed to be intentionally off-centered, symbolizing a fresh perspective.....

"your life as the ultimate game", not just a noun. 

If LVLUP were merely a noun, the logo would have been perfectly aligned. 

As a designer, I used this off-centered design to signal that LVLUP is more than just a static term.

To reinforce this message, I coupled it with our international Elevate logo, ensuring that the connection in your mind is clear: LVLUP is not a noun, and my intentions were always to redefine and elevate this term.
